We started collecting oyster plates about 20 years ago. While it began as a result of our love for oysters, we discovered the beauty and diversity of oyster plates - from the porcelain of Germany and France to the majolica of France and England, just to name a few. We have also discovered that one does not have to like oysters in order to become a knowledgeable collector. Our buying of these wonderful plates became a passion and has turned into a fabulous collection. Our oyster plates can be seen in Delray Beach, Florida, where we keep our showcase. If you are visiting South Florida, the excellent staff at the Atlantic Antique Mall will be glad to direct you to our collection. The Atlantic Antique Mall is a new addition to Delray Beach's trendy Atlantic Avenue, and is the perfect setting to display Boca Pearl's oyster plate collection. We also have other wonderful treasures on display and for sale there.
