Eastlake Towel Rack with Petitpoint

An unusual towel rack in the Eastlake style, but with a Victorian rococo influence in the petitpoint needlework inset. The lilies are completely beaded. A few beads have dropped off as shown in one spot. This is beautifully carved hardwood and in excellent condition. 27" wide overall, x 16" high and 6.5" deep. Just beautiful for that special bathroom. |
