Smithsonian Magazine Cover Plaque Jan 1991 Dogs Bark
This January 1991 Smithsonian Magazine cover is on a plaque that measures approximately 8 x 10 inches. This issue had an article titled ''Why Dogs Bark'' and as can be seen there are a whole lot of dogs barking on this cover including Bull Terriers. This type of cover was quite well known for the New Yorker magazine and it is the first one that I have personally come across from the Smithsonian Magazine.
