This is a wonderful collectible with both a picture and some breed history for either the breed historian or the person who is lucky enough to...

Flat-Coated Retriever Dog Circa 1960
Flat-Coated Retriever Dog. I believe that this little page is from a book that I would estimate by the pictures and description to be circa 1960s and from England. It measures approximately 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches, does have some wear and would be great matted and framed. These also make great inexpensive trophies for your club events.

This Flatcoat Retriever (seems heavier in build then the North American ones) dog looks quite cute with his garland of flowers around his neck. The postcard measures approximately 4 1/8 x 5 3/4 inches. This show also had a write in competition for children to win prizes and this is one of the cards that were sent to the show.
This postcard is...

Flat Coated Retriever Dog Millbank 1916
This is the Flat-Coated Retriever tobacco card number 20 in a series of tobacco cards put out by Millbank The Quality Cigarette in 1916. Although it does show some wear it is in good condition considering the fact that it is almost 90 years old. This tobacco card is unusual as the dog itself is a pop out.
