Chihuahua Dog Matching Collar 1947
This little Chihuahua dog is wearing a collar that matches his owner.
This newspaper clipping which was in a scrapbook measures approximately 5 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches and is marked on the back December 1947. Although it has some wear and fading (who wouldn't after all these years) it remains a wonderful collectible and would be just delightful framed.

Walter Chandoha 1956 Chihuahua Dog Pups Kitten
Walter Chandoha photography is well known and for over 40 years his photographs have appeared in many publications.
Young as he is, this Chihuahua poses like a veteran even though he has none too much room in the old fashioned cup that, with the wallpaper behind him, goes back to the days when saving mugs were in vogue. Chandoha is ingenious in his setting for portrait subjects who bring in a better living than bread and butter.
